All flyers will be printed in full colour on 130gsm gloss paper. 
  • The size of the flyers will be A6 (148mm X 105mm).
  • The size of the flyers will be A5 (148mm x 210mm).
  • The size of the flyers will be A4 (210mm x 297mm).
  • The size of the flyers will be DL (210mm x   99mm). 
  • Spot colours will be converted to CMYK colour. 
  • Our BusinessPrint advert will appear on the back of the flyer in portrait format regardless of the orientation and layout of the advertisement on the front. 
  • Colour calibration will only be guaranteed if a chromalin is supplied with your order.
  • Payment must be made in full before work will commence. 
  • Artwork is quoted separately and if supplied by yourself must be in a format approved by See our Artwork Guidelines for more information.
  • Delivery will be made to the address stated above within 10 working days from receipt of payment and approved artwork.
  • Delivery will be charged at R99 per 5 000 flyers anywhere in S.A.
  • All Business Cards will be printed in full colour on 350gsm gloss paper. 
  • The size of the Business Cards will be 90mm x 50mm.  
  • Spot colours will be converted to CMYK colour.  
  • Colour calibration will only be guaranteed if a chromalin is supplied with your order.  
  • Payment must be made in full before work will commence.

BusinessPrint reserves the right to refuse, disable, remove, edit or terminate accounts and/or orders, whether with or without notice to the account holder and/or registered user, should BusinessPrint suspect any abuse of your account.  Should you, the account holder, become aware that any person other than you has been using your account, without your authorisation, guidance and instruction, it is your responsibility to immediately inform BusinessPrint of such activity in order for us to disable, remove or terminate your account. 
BusinessPrint has the right to monitor any activity associated with this website and may investigate any conduct seemingly violating these Terms and Conditions.  There is no obligation on BusinessPrint to monitor any activity, and such monitoring is at the sole discretion of BusinessPrint. 
We may take any action against persons responsible, or who accepted responsibility in terms of these Terms and Conditions, or any person in law who is deemed to be responsible.  Such action may include, but is not limited to, suspending, removing or terminating your account, refusing service, attaching conditions to your use of this site, issuing a warning to you, et cetera.
The information supplied to us by you will never be shared with anyone for any purpose whatsoever, except for the purpose of contacting you regarding your order, delivery of your item(s) to the address provided by you and any other reason necessitating communication with you regarding the products provided by us.  All information gathered is used to personally identify account holders and/or users that subscribe to our site.  None of the information will be sold or made available to anyone.  Only the information necessary to deliver your BusinessPrint product(s) to the address provided by you will be given to the Courier service.
All prices reflected on and is correct, exclusive of Value Added Tax and charged as is. 
We reserve the right to change our prices from time to time without prior notice, but this will not influence any valid orders already placed immediately prior to the change in prices, provided that payment of the order is received within 7 days after the date of you placing the order. 
In the case of an error in price on the website, including delivery charges, we reserve the right to cancel the order and offer the product at its correct price.  We will refund you for any money you might have paid relating to the defective pricing should you not wish to proceed with the purchase at the correct price and/or delivery charge. 
Please note that delivery is an additional charge.
We allow the usage of only one coupon and/or voucher during checkout. 
Users do not have a right to Coupons and Coupons cannot be earned. 
Coupons are issued under specific terms and conditions regulating when and how they may be used. 
The value of the Coupon will be set off against the value of your shopping basket and the balance remaining, will be payable by you.  Please note that the value of a Coupon cannot be set off against delivery charges which will still be payable by you. 
BusinessPrint (Pty) Ltd may discontinue the granting of any advantage in terms of any coupon and/or voucher at any time without any notice.  The term of validity will be apparent from the coupon and/or voucher issued, past which term it will not be valid and cannot be used when you purchase a product anymore.
In order for a valid purchase to be made you must place a complete order which you must then submit, and thereafter you must pay for the order as per your invoice.  When these two requirements are met a valid and enforceable agreement comes into effect between you and BusinessPrint (Pty) Ltd.  
We offer two options on how to purchase your BusinessPrint.  Below is a step by step explanation of the MyGate, alternatively you can also make use of EFT.
    MyGate  (Credit Card or Instant EFT) 
  1. Browse our site and add your BusinessPrint Item(s) to your basket.
  2. When that is done, proceed by clicking the “Checkout” button.
  3. Please provide us with your postal address.
  4. You will now be prompted for your payment details in a secure payment environment administered by
  5. Your BusinessPrint Item(s) will go into production as soon as the monies are verified; this can take up to 48 hours.

If you are in any doubt, please don’t hesitate to contact us. 
BusinessPrint reserves the right, for purposes of preventing suspected fraud, to refuse to accept or process any order, and/or to cancel any purchase by the account holder/user or any person seemingly using the account of the account holder/user, in whole or in part, on notice to you.  BusinessPrint shall only be liable to refund monies already paid by you, and accepts no other liability which may arise as a result of such refusal to process or decision to cancel any order or purchase.

BusinessPrint reserves the right to cancel an order at any time where such cancellation is necessary due to suspected abuse of your account, unavailability of the product, should no payment have been received within 7 days from the date of placing your order or for any reason necessitating cancellation. 
Save for certain exceptions, and subject to certain charges, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 ("ECT Act") entitles you to cancel any sale concluded on this Website within 7 days after date of receipt of the goods and to obtain a full purchase price refund.  Please take note that we may levy reasonable cancellation charges for your account and any delivery charges are not refundable to you.
We will exchange any product that is not satisfactory.  We do not offer refunds on any products of courier services.  We will exchange your product within 7 days of date of delivery.  The product should be in original, unopened and unharmed packaging.

BusinessPrint reserves the right to refuse exchanges should any abuse be suspected.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 7 working days of receipt
  • Merchandise must not have been fitted, used or damaged
  • Merchandise must be in the original packaging
  • Merchandise must be accompanied by a copy of the original BusinessPrint Invoice.
  • You will be expected to carry the courier cost for the return

We use an accredited courier service who will deliver the product to your door or any other alternate address you supply.
You are responsible for supplying us with the correct address.  Should the address given to us by you not be correct, you agree that we will not be liable for the loss suffered by you due to the delivery thereof to the address given by you.  Should the item be returned to BusinessPrint, you will be responsible for payment of the courier service for delivery to the correct address as well as any handling charges which might be levied against you.
We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions set out herein from time to time as and when it may become desirable to do so in order to address new issues or information that may arise.  Such updating, amendment or changes may be made with notice to you and you are urged to return to this page on a regular basis to ascertain whether any such changes have been made. 
Should we have posted amendments or changes as aforesaid, you will be deemed to have agreed to such new terms and conditions by any subsequent use of this website. 
Should you not wish to be bound by the aforesaid changes, you agree and accept that your intention will be known by deregistration as a user and / or account holder of this site, and will refrain from further use of this site.  Should you not be able to deregister as a user or account holder, please contact us immediately.

These Terms and Conditions and / or Terms of Use, as amended from time to time, will be exclusively governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, whose Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute.
